Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:
Some large RV's with large single-piece windshields may have windshields
thicker than 1/4 inch. These windshields are too thick for the Rain Tracker.
If there is a center post or mullion in the windshield, then the windshield
is probably compatible with the Rain Tracker. RV's based on truck chassis
(class C motorhomes) have compatible windshields.
This vehicle is wiper system class GM-SWM. The intermittent
wipe controller is built into the wiper motor cover, in
a motor/controller combination. The Rain Tracker is installed
between the wiper control switch and the motor/controller.
All wires except ground are available coming from the wiper
switch. They can usually be accessed by removing one or
two access panels (Kick Panels.)
For the Rain Tracker chassis ground, find a suitable chassis
ground. Be sure to scrape away paint as needed to get good
contact.
