These instructions apply to these vehicles, which all have similar wiper systems:
MERCURY TRACER 88 - 99
FORD PROBE 94 - 97
Wiring Diagrams and Drawings:

RT-50 - HSS (Hot Side Switching)- Included with product
Troubleshooting procedure. Print out if needed.
Wire colors used in this vehicle:
+12V - BLU
GROUND - BLK
FAST - RED or BLU/RED
SLOW - BLU/WHT
Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:
NOTES: 88 89 Tracer - All colors are the same but use the RT-50-GSS drawing.
91 - 93 Tracer- All colors are the same but connect RT-50 to motor terminals.
Write the wire colors of the vehicle on the HSS drawing, and follow that
when you wire up the Rain Tracker. Use the factory drawing as a reference
to help you find the wires.
All wires available from wiper switch.
Some models and years may vary slightly in wire colors.
If possible, confirm wire colors with service guide, and/or with
with a multimeter.
