Wire colors used in this vehicle:
+12V - RED
GROUND - BLK
FAST - PNK
SLOW - GRN
Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:
NOTE: On the Tucson, FAST - GRY
NOTE: On the Accent, the factory diagram we have is very difficult to read.
It appears that the FAST wire could be WHT/ORN, SLOW could be BLK/GRN or GRN
and +12V could be ORN or BLK/ORN. Check with a multimeter before installing
the Rain Tracker for proper wire operation.
Write the wire colors of the vehicle on the HSS drawing, and follow that
when you wire up the Rain Tracker. Use the factory drawing as a reference
to help you find the wires.
All wires are available coming from the wiper
switch. They can usually be accessed by removing one or
two access panels (Kick Panels) and shrouds surrounding
the steering column.
Some models and years may vary slightly in wire colors. If possible, confirm
wire colors with service guide, and/or with with a multimeter.
