Wire colors used in this vehicle:
+12V - LOCATE
GROUND - BLK/WHT
FAST - LT-GRN
MUX - LT-BLU

RESISTOR - 680-Color code: BLU-GRY-BRN -
Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:
PLEASE NOTE: We had a customer do this install with the 680 ohm resistor and
the Rain Tracker DID NOT operate correctly. He put a 330 ohm (ORN-ORN-BRN) in
place of the 680 and the Rain Tracker operated correctly.
Some models and years may vary slightly in wire colors. If possible, confirm
wire colors with service guide, and/or with with a multimeter.
NOTE: 04-07 Cadillac XLR: GND - BLK
Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Avalanche, Chevy Suburban, GMC Acadia, GMC Yukon,
GMC Sierra and Saturn Outlook: GND - TAN/BLK
NOTE: On the 06 Torrent, you may only need to use the PPL as FAST and 1 of the
DK-GRN wires as SLOW coming from the wiper switch. Install the RT-50 using
the HSS diagram found in the kit. Use a multimeter to verify wire operation. If
this is the case for your vehicle, do not use the Uplander diagram.
NOTE: Some vheicles may not have a ground wire coming form the switch. In this
case, locate a good chassis ground.
FROM SWITCH, ACCESS PANELS, EXCEPT +12V
All wires except +12V are available coming from the wiper
switch. They can usually be accessed by removing one or
two access panels (Kick Panels.) The Cigarette lighter is often a good +12V source.
