Vehicle-Specific Installation Instructions
These instructions apply to these vehicles, which all have similar wiper systems:
EAGLE PREMIER 88 - 92

Troubleshooting procedure. Print out if needed.
Wire colors used in this vehicle:
+12V - LT-GRN/BLK
GROUND - CHASSIS
FAST - RED
SLOW - WHT/BLK
Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:
Write the wire colors of the vehicle on the HSS drawing, and follow that
when you wire up the Rain Tracker. Use the factory drawing as a reference
to help you find the wires.
All wires required for connection are available at the Wiper Switch.
Use a multimeter to verify all wire functions before making connections
to the Rain Tracker.
FIND CHASSIS GROUND
Find a suitable screw or bolt on the metal chassis of the
vehicle for the Rain Tracker ground. Be sure to scrape
away paint as needed for a good connection. If possible,
check the ground connection with a multi-meter. (It should
be at most a couple of ohms.) An alternative source for
ground is the cigarette lighter. (This can also be an alternative
source of +12V power for some applications as well.)
Special note for year 92 Premier. Color code changed slightly for last year
of model. Slow changed to BRN/WHT and +12V is now DK-BLU.
